DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Orders may be delayed by a few days if we are experiencing a high volume of orders.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will contact you by email or telephone If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Methods
Free Local Delivery: Is only offered within 20 miles of the Charleston City Market and must be selected at checkout.

Free Local Pickup: Is only offered at the Charleston City Market and must be selected at checkout.
USPS Priority: Real-time rates are based on weight, size and zip code.
UPS: Real-time rates are based on weight, size and zip code.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Sweetgrass Lasts Forever ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Duties 
Sweetgrass Lasts Forever is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
Currently, the only international shipping we offer is to Canada. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Canadian shipments are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and all USPS terms apply. Charges are based on weight and duties.

Local Pickup

If you would like to order online and pick up your order in person at the Charleston City Market, please select this option at checkout. Upon checkout, you will be notified via email of the date/time to pick up your order.
